2. Shipping destinations, methods and environmental information
We ship to Hungary and to the countries actually available at checkout. Available delivery methods, carriers, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed before an order is placed. Parcel locker delivery may be available in Hungary and can support consolidated deliveries; no specific environmental benefit is guaranteed.
3. Shipping charges and delivery times
The rates below reflect the Shopify admin screenshots provided on 3 November 2026. The final applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before order submission, based on destination, parcel weight, order value and delivery method. This table is not exhaustive: full country membership of grouped zones, remaining Hungary Foxpost rates and orders over 10 kg require confirmation. Free delivery applies only where actually offered at checkout.

Non-EU deliveries are made on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The customer is responsible for import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges payable in the destination country. These may be charged in addition to the shipping fee shown at checkout and depend on local rules.
4. Order Cancellation and Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer. Until the contract is concluded by the Shipping Confirmation specified in the Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw their offer and cancel the order by contacting letstalk@nanosupps.com and providing the order number.
If payment has already been collected, Nanosupps will refund the amount paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation request submitted before the contract is concluded. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to an alternative method.
Once the contract has been concluded, consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal even before receiving the goods. Following receipt, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.
Nanosupps does not offer any additional voluntary withdrawal or return period beyond the statutory withdrawal period.
If the goods have not yet been dispatched or delivered to the customer, no physical return is required. Detailed withdrawal conditions, exceptions and refund procedures are set out in the Terms and Conditions and the separate Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy.
5. Returns, Defective Goods and Customer Assistance
All returned products are received and handled directly by Nanosupps. iLogistic is not involved in processing returns.

Hungary
For statutory withdrawals without providing a reason, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Nanosupps does not offer free return shipping.
In cases of defective goods or non-conforming products, the customer's mandatory statutory warranty rights and applicable cost allocation rules remain fully applicable.

6. Returns from Hungary – Shipping Costs and Procedure
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment of the goods to the Nanosupps returns address in Vác, Hungary.
Customers may choose any shipping provider capable of delivering to the specified address. Nanosupps does not provide prepaid return labels, arrange return transportation or offer free return shipping.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the selected carrier, parcel dimensions, weight and shipping method. Nanosupps does not charge a separate standard return-shipping fee.
Customers may submit their withdrawal declaration using the methods described in the separate Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy, including the online withdrawal function available on the webshop.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying Nanosupps of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.
Customers are requested to package the products securely and retain proof of shipment.
The above return shipping cost provisions apply to statutory withdrawals without providing a reason. Different mandatory statutory rules apply to defective or non-conforming goods.
