Right of withdrawal

2. Order cancellation before contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer. Before the contract is concluded by the Shipping Confirmation specified in the Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw the offer by emailing letstalk@nanosupps.com with the order number. If payment has been collected, Nanosupps will refund the amount without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving a cancellation submitted before contract formation, using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. Once the contract has been concluded, the consumer may exercise the statutory withdrawal right described below.

3. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they, or a designated third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. For goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item; for goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from receipt of the last lot or piece. Consumers may withdraw even before delivery. Sending the withdrawal declaration before the deadline is sufficient. Nanosupps does not offer an additional voluntary return or withdrawal period beyond the statutory period. Mandatory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Consumers may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to letstalk@nanosupps.com or use the online “Withdraw from contract” function at: https://shopify.com/98203566413/account. The online declaration is submitted through a separate “Confirm withdrawal” step. Nanosupps will promptly acknowledge receipt on a durable medium (such as email), stating the content of the declaration and its date and time of receipt. Use of the online function is optional; email remains available.

5. Effects of withdrawal and refunds

If the consumer withdraws, Nanosupps will reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw. Additional delivery charges arising from the consumer choosing a more expensive option are not reimbursed. Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise, without additional fees. Nanosupps may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or the consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier, unless Nanosupps has offered to collect the goods.

6. Returning goods and return shipping costs

Consumers must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days after notifying Nanosupps of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before that period expires. Returns address: Nanosupps, 2600 Vác, Szent László út 23/5., Hungary. Consumers arrange and pay for return delivery using a carrier of their choice that delivers to this address. Nanosupps does not offer free return shipping or prepaid return labels. The actual direct cost depends on the carrier, parcel dimensions, weight and service; Nanosupps does not impose a standard return-shipping fee. Please package goods securely and retain proof of posting. Returns are handled by Nanosupps, not iLogistic. If the goods have not been dispatched or delivered, no physical return is required.

7. Diminished value

Consumers are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, subject to the statutory rules.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other statutory exceptions, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Whether this exception applies must be assessed by reference to the particular product and its packaging; it does not automatically apply to every opened food supplement. Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly may also be exempt. The full statutory exceptions are set out in Section 29 of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).

9. Defective goods and complaints

The return shipping cost rules for withdrawal without giving a reason do not restrict mandatory statutory warranty or other consumer rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods. Applicable mandatory cost allocation rules apply. Contact: letstalk@nanosupps.com.
