Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, Pop Rocks® Popping Candy [66.8% Sucrose, 28.6% Monohydrated Lactose (from Milk), <5% Glucose, Carbon Dioxide], Flavourings, Acids (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Himalayan Pink Salt, Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose), Caffeine Anhydrous, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Colour (Sulphite Ammonia Caramel).

Allergen information: Contains milk. Made in a facility that uses soy, egg, gluten, peanuts, fish, crustaceans and nuts.

Instructions for use: Take 1 scoop (4.5g) of Creatine Pop powder and pour it directly into your mouth, or mix with 150–200ml cold water and consume. Recommended daily intake: 1 serving per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
